The Americas Region of Lend Lease Appoints New Leadership in its Project Management & Construction Business
NEW YORK, Sept. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Global integrated property and infrastructure provider Lend Lease is pleased to announce the appointment of Murray Woolcock to Executive General Manager, Strategic Business Units in Lend Lease Americas Project Management & Construction (PM&C) division. Mr. Woolcock will be joining the Americas Region Senior Leadership team and will be based in the Americas Region Corporate headquarters in New York.
As Executive General Manager for Lend Lease PM&C Strategic Business Units, he will assume overall responsibility for leading and fostering the continuous growth of Lend Lease's PM&C Strategic Business units comprised of PP DoD, Life Sciences, Solar Services, Telecom, and Design Build Integrated Deals.

Throughout his career, Murray has held numerous management positions with escalating responsibilities in Lend Lease's different business units across the globe. In his previous leadership roles in the Americas region, he was responsible for leading business activities in Brazil and Canada, with a specific focus on PPP projects, infrastructure development, and real estate opportunities. Prior to joining the Americas Region, he served as the Project Director for Lend Lease's 313@somerest Shopping Mall in Singapore, and in Australia his experience focused on integrated development and construction projects, such as Victoria Harbour, and PPPs including the $1.1 billion Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.
