The American Legion National Commander sends message of sympathy to Vice President
WASHINGTON, May 31, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- American Legion National Commander Michael D. Helm expressed sympathy Sunday after Joseph R. "Beau" Biden III passed away Saturday at age 46 following a battle with brain cancer.
