The American College of Prosthodontists Announces John R. Agar, D.D.S., M.A., F.A.C.P., as its 2012-2013 ACP President-Elect
BALTIMORE, Nov. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Dr. John R. Agar, D.D.S., M.A., F.A.C.P., was confirmed President-Elect of the American College of Prosthodontists on Friday, Nov. 2, at the ACP Annual Awards & President's Dinner during the College's 42nd Annual Session in Baltimore held on Oct. 31 to Nov. 3.

As a board certified prosthodontist, respected academic and well-loved professor at the University of Connecticut Health Center School of Dentistry Department of Reconstructive Sciences in Farmington, CT, Dr. Agar begins his new role as ACP's President-Elect for a one-year term. Next year during the 43rd Annual Session, Dr. Agar will be inducted as the President of the American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Agar recruits and mentors many dentists and prosthodontists in training as the next generation treat oral health issues.
At this year's 42nd Annual Session, more than 1,000 dental professionals registered to attend, which included prosthodontists, dental technicians and other dental industry authorities and guests.
