(The Alliance), a nonprofit unionized corporation providing training services to the telecommunications industry, has selected Mint Advertising of Branchburg, N.J. as its advertising agency of record.  Mint will spearhead the development of a brand platform designed to leverage the company's newest venture, Alliance Plus, and establish a solid identity and position for the company in the telecommunications market.  

Alliance Plus is the newest endeavor from The Alliance.  Over the past 20 years, The Alliance has developed an array of training delivery options ranging from on-site classrooms, virtual classrooms, hands-on technical training to on-line self paced courses that service the needs of a diverse workforce.  As a way to not only address the changes in the telecommunications industry and overall economy but also extend training experience to even more people, Alliance Plus was established.  Up until now, Alliance programs were only accessible by a select group of employees.  Alliance Plus' training menu includes:
