The ADVERTISING Club of New York To Kick Off Advertising Week at Annual Stars of Madison Avenue Awards Luncheon
NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The ADVERTISING Club of New York, the industry's leading organization representing the vision and mission of the global advertising community across crafts, along with the organizers of Advertising Week, will co-host The Stars of Madison Avenue Awards Luncheon to kick off the 11th annual premier gathering of marketing and communications leaders. The luncheon will take place on Monday, September 29th, 12:00—2:00pm, at The Edison Ballroom, 240 W 47th Street, New York City.
Industry luminaries will gather to honor a select group of brands chosen by The AD Club's 2014 International ANDY Awards jury for their dedication to making an impact on marketing, commerce, culture and social responsibility through brave and creative work.
The 2014 Stars for Bravery Award Winners include Apple, Budweiser, BMW, Cadbury, Dove, Guinness, Honda, Nike and Old Spice. The AD Club and Advertising Week will welcome Brian Perkins, VP Marketing, Budweiser USA; Trudy Hardy, VP Marketing, BMW; Peter McDonough, Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, Diageo; Colleen DeCourcy, Partner, Global Executive Creative Director, Wieden+Kennedy (accepting on behalf of Nike and Old Spice); Dana Anderson, SVP, Marketing Strategy and Communication, Mondelez; Erica Hoholick, President, TBWA\Media Arts Lab (accepting on behalf of Apple); Tom Peyton, AVP, Marketing, Auto Division, Honda; and Jennifer Bremner, Brand Building Director, Skin Cleaning, Marketing, Unilever to accept these honors on behalf of the creative work awarded.
