Because of the increase in jobs throughout San Jose and the surrounding areas, Jim Adam recently decided to hire additional full time workers to his existing team.

Calvac Paving is currently looking for equipment operators, laborers and skilled workers. Experience in asphalt and concrete construction is a plus, Jim Adam said. In addition to announcing the new positions on the company website, an ad was placed on Craigslist.
