TGM Associates Sells Two Multifamily Communities In Tempe, AZ

NEW YORK, Aug. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TGM Associates L.P. announced today the sale of TGM El Dorado and TGM Somerset Village both located in Tempe, AZ.  The two properties have a combined 472 apartments and were purchased in 1996.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
