TGM Associates Sells Multifamily Community in Worcester, MA

NEW YORK, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TGM Associates L.P. announced today the sale of TGM Plantation Ridge, a 330 unit apartment community located in Worcester, MA.  The broker on the transaction was CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), Simon Butler and Biria St. John.  TGM Plantation Ridge is located less than one-half mile from UMass Memorial Medical Center, and is within close proximity to numerous biotechnology companies.  TGM purchased Plantation Ridge in 2008.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
