TGM Associates Sells Multifamily Community in Salt Lake City, UT

NEW YORK, Jan. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TGM Associates L.P. announced today the sale of TGM Emigration Court to The Reliant Group. James Wadsworth with Berkadia served as the buy side broker representing Reliant Group on the transaction.  TGM Emigration Court is located in Salt Lake City, UT and has 239 apartments.  TGM purchased Emigration Court in 2009.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
