TGM Associates Sells Multifamily Community in Manchester, CT

NEW YORK, April 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TGM Associates L.P. announced today the sale of TGM Waterford Commons to New York based Beachwold Residential.  The broker on the transaction was Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti.  TGM Waterford Commons is located in Manchester, CT and has 303 apartments.  TGM purchased Waterford Commons in 2008.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
