Textura® Prices Follow-on Offering of Common Stock

CHICAGO, Sept. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Textura Corporation (NYSE: TXTR) today announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 4,586,559 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $38.00 per share.

The offering consists of 3,586,559 shares from certain selling stockholders and 1,000,000 shares from Textura. In addition, Textura has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 687,000 additional shares from the Company.
