TOSA is headquartered in San Antonio with 53 employees serving Central and South Texas. Its primary focus is to facilitate the organ donation process for families wishing to donate as well as those generous individuals who registered to be organ donors.

They serve 56 counties from Waco to the Rio Grande Valley while collaborating with more than 120 hospitals, six transplant centers and a number of tissue agencies to raise awareness about the Donate Life Texas registry and bring hope to the more than 12,000 Texans who await a life-saving organ transplant.
The team's dedication to saving lives is set to break records in 2014 with more than 400 organs transplanted to patients in need.
Texans can register at the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles or www.DonateLifeTexas.org.
