PALO ALTO, Calif., July 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- A Texas jury awarded Banys, P.C.'s trial team, led by Christopher Banys, along with Wesley Hill of Ward, Smith & Hill, PLLC, $9.25 million in damages in a patent-infringement case against fuel retailer Murphy USA in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. "Charles Freeny, Jr. was a true American inventor and it is wonderful to see his legacy vindicated."
