DALLAS, May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas de Brazil, the nation's premier Brazilian steakhouse, opened Wednesday, May 1st in the Station Square entertainment district with its 27th location! Carving a new experience in dining, the menu features Southern Brazilian cuisine served with the generous spirit of Texas in a vibrant and colorful atmosphere. The 7500 sq. foot restaurant includes a main dining area with carver cooking areas viewable to guests, and a bar with connected patio with river views. The restaurant can accommodate 200 guests in total.

The dynamic menu at Texas de Brazil features extensive meat selections including Brazilian sausage, chicken breast wrapped in bacon, rack of lamb and the house specialty, picanha, all prepared in the traditional Brazilian method, over an open flame, and carved tableside by the restaurant's authentically costumed Brazilian cowboys or "Gauchos." Accompaniments with the cuts of meat include garlic mashed potatoes, Brazilian cheese bread, and sweet-fried bananas. The restaurant also features a fresh, gourmet salad area containing more than 50 items, which include but are not limited to: Brazilian black beans with pork, imported cheeses, marinated Portobello mushrooms, hearts of palm, tangy Tabbouleh and special house-made lobster bisque. Guests can conclude their dining experience with one of Texas de Brazil's many dessert selections; and relax with an after-dinner drink or a steaming espresso. The restaurant's award-winning wine and cocktail lists are created with an emphasis on South American varietals, rare wines and signature cocktails.

Texas de Brazil at Station Square will be open for dinner Monday – Thursday from 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Friday from 5:00 p.m. – to 10:00 p.m., Saturday from 4:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The dining prices are $42.99 for Regular Dinner and $24.99 for Light Dinner (excluding beverage and dessert).
