Teresa Creech Hired as Executive Vice President of HR Solutions

WAKEFIELD, Mass., Dec. 7, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- We are pleased to announce that Randstad has hired Teresa Creech to lead our HR Solutions business.  As the Executive Vice President, Teresa will bring her extensive experience in MSP strategy, sales, and implementations to Randstad.  As one of the leading industry experts, we are thrilled to announce this strategic hire.

Teresa comes to Randstad from Kelly Services, Inc where she served as Vice President and Global Practice Lead, Contingent Workforce Outsourcing. In that role, Teresa was responsible for strategy, product evolution, brand management, and growth of the Contingent Workforce Outsourcing practice.  Prior to joining Kelly, Teresa was Vice President of Sales for WorkforceLogic.  

Teresa has more than fifteen years of experience in sales and operations within the staffing industry.  She has specialized in the design and delivery of comprehensive VMS, MSP, and Independent Contractor Compliance solutions for Global 2000 companies.  She is a recognized industry leader and frequent speaker on workforce management, globalization, governance, and compliance. She holds a bachelor's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from California State University.
