Teradata Recognized as a Leader in Analyst Firm's Data Warehouse Database Management Systems Magic Quadrant

DAYTON, Ohio, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC) announced today that Gartner, Inc. has positioned Teradata in the Leaders Quadrant in its 2009 "Magic Quadrant (MQ) for Data Warehouse Database Management Systems (DBMS)," authored by Donald Feinberg and Mark A. Beyer (Jan 28, 2010).  The yearly report analyzes the data warehouse DBMS market, vendor vision and execution capabilities.

The report specifically highlights the active role of Teradata's customers in enhancing products and services.
