In his new role, Galy, who previously served as vice president of talent, will oversee all human resources operations, talent acquisition, talent development and employment branding efforts for Ten-X, driving programs that foster a people-centric culture across all of its offices nationwide. He will continue to be based in the company's Belmont, California offices and report to Ten-X Chief Executive Officer Tim Morse.

Galy's human resources leadership experience spans more than twenty years in the military, software, internet, e-commerce, networking, and semiconductor industries. Prior to joining Ten-X in 2014, he served in human resources leadership roles at Intuit, Xilinx, Harmonic, and Integrated Device Technology. At Intuit, Galy was responsible for overseeing all global recruiting efforts and Intuit's well-regarded Early Career Rotational Development Program. He served as an active duty army aviation officer and after leaving active duty, Chris continued serving as an army reserves human resources officer with the United States Military Academy, the Army Research Institute for Social and Behavioral Sciences, and as an emergency preparedness liaison officer.
Galy is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received a master's degree in Human Resources & Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco in 2002. Other accomplishments of career significance include Army Flight School, Army Adjutant General Advanced Officers Course, and World at Work Certified Compensation Professional. He gives back to the community by serving as a board member of Vets in Tech (www.vetsintech.co) and his local workforce board (www.novaworks.org).
