In her new role, Renshaw will oversee Ten-X Commercial's growing Institutional division which works with hedge funds, private equity groups, financial firms and large corporations to help investment managers buy and sell commercial properties on the company's innovative online transaction platform.

Renshaw has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and has closed more than $20 billion in transactions over the course of her career. Most recently, she was a Senior Director at the Stan Johnson Company, where she founded the company's New York office. Prior to her time at Stan Johnson Company, she was the Director of Investment Sales at Colliers International, where she was one of the company's Top 40 Worldwide Producers.
Renshaw has established herself as an industry leader, making frequent speaking appearances at industry events, authoring articles and being quoted extensively by a number of leading real estate publications. A member of the Board of both CREW NY and CCIM NYC, she was recognized as a "Woman of Influence" by Real Estate Forum, and named one of "NYC's 15 Women to Watch in Real Estate" by Sokol Media.
Renshaw's arrival at Ten-X is the latest in a series of high-profile additions to the company's commercial real estate division. Last month, longtime real estate executive Eric Paulsen joined the company as a Senior Vice President for Business Development, and was followed by veteran marketing executive Maureen Waters, who assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer for the division. Renshaw will be based in the company's New York office.
