From Sunday, July 22 through Saturday, July 28, Teleflora member florists and local volunteers will be diligently preparing and delivering thousands of handmade Be Happy® Bouquets to those in their neighborhoods in most need of a smile. The heartfelt floral surprises will benefit patients at hospitals, seniors at nursing homes, recipients of Meals-on-Wheels programs and even first responders at local police and fire departments.
During Make Someone Smile® Week, Teleflora donates more than 30,000 Be Happy® Mugs, a fan-favorite offering at the brand's 40 florist unit boards nationwide. Member florists then work with local wholesalers and growers in their areas to secure donations of fresh flowers to design each surprise bouquet with teams of volunteers and deliver to local charities of their choosing.
