Telecorp Issues Letter of Intent For Sveltoz Solutions

BARRIE, Ontario, Feb. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Telecorp, Inc. (OTC Markets: TLNUF) ("Telecorp" or the "Company"), a growing provider of software communications solutions, announced today that the Company has issued a Letter of Intent to acquire a majority interest in Sveltoz Solutions Pvt Ltd. a Pune, India based company.

Sveltoz is an exciting, emerging, mobile application solutions and development company, with a positive cash flow and clients located around the world. This Letter of Intent states that Telecorp will acquire a minimum of fifty-one percent (51%), interest in Sveltoz. The LOI further states that Telecorp, upon additional Due Diligence, will attempt to acquire a controlling interest in Sveltoz Solutions Pvt Ltd., a continuously profitable, Software Development Company.
