Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Weekly Review: 6-10 July 2014
Trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) during the second week of July was ended down for all leading share indices; Continued offerings in bond market

TA-25
The TA-25 index decreased 1.5% over the week, bringing year-to-date increase to 3.2%.

TA-100
The TA-100 index decreased 2.1% over the week, bringing year-to-date increase to 2.2%.
TA-Biomed
The TA-Biomed decreased 5.8% over the week, bringing year-to-date decrease to 16.4%.
Corporate Bonds
Two companies made bond offerings this week amounting to US $147 million. Since the beginning of the year the business sector raised US $8.5 billion through bond offerings, of which US $3.3 billion on the "TACT Institutional" system, after raising US $10.1 billion for the whole of 2013.
Government Bonds
The Ministry of Finance (MoF) made a public bond offering listed on the TASE amounting to US $0.3 billion.
Since the beginning of the year the MoF raised US $8.7 billion in bond offerings on the TASE, after raising US $18.2 billion for the whole of 2013.
ETN Offerings
Five new ETNs were issued this week on international share indices.
Currently there are 585 ETNs traded on the TASE.
Foreign Investors
The Bank of Israel released figures this week indicating that foreign investors acquired a net US $330 million in TASE-listed shares in May, and since the beginning of the year acquired a net US $600 million
In addition, foreign investors acquired a net US $290 million Israel government bonds in May, and since the beginning of the year acquired a net US $500 million Israel government bonds
