TECT Announces Appointment of Anthony Ratica as President of TECT Power
ASHEVILLE, N.C., June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TECT announced today the appointment of Anthony Ratica as president of TECT Power, effective June 14, 2013.

Ratica succeeds Robert Cohen, former president TECT Power, who became chief executive officer of TECT in January 2013. Cohen began his career at TECT Power delivering operational leadership across multiple sites. He was responsible for assembling a strong management team, formulating company strategy and building value for the customer. Prior to joining TECT in 2005, he held operational and executive leadership positions at Teleflex and GE Aviation.
Ratica will be responsible for ensuring that TECT Power's aggressive growth targets are reached. He will also focus on aligning the robustness of operations and helping hone the company's ability to quickly respond to customer needs. Ratica will report directly to Cohen.

Before joining TECT Power, Ratica held positions at Fortune 50 Aerospace and Defense companies such as Pratt & Whitney, a part of United Technologies Corporation, and Goodrich, now known as UTC Aerospace Systems.
Ratica holds both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Okla. In addition, he is a Certified Lean Practitioner from two major Aerospace OEM's, has been trained and certified as an aviation composite bonding technician and has received multiple certificates from GE Aviation's Technical Education Center.
Ratica and his family reside in the Cincinnati area. He is to be based out of TECT Power headquarters in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
