On July 8, 2014, ACI Worldwide, Inc. (ACI) announced that its UP Bill Payment Solution has been selected by Southern Auto Finance Company (SAFCo) to increase the latter's consumer convenience and reduce payment processing costs. According to the Company, this would enable SAFCo customers to pay their loans electronically on a mobile device, computer or via phone with a debit card or ACH (Automated Clearing House). In addition, the Company said that SAFCo customers will have the option to either sign up for an ongoing electronic bill payment relationship or to make their loan payment quickly with no sign-up needed.
