Session 809: Working Alone Can Get You in Trouble

In many IT service and support environments, the service desk is managed independently from desktop support operations, which contributes to inefficiencies in the provision of support services. Integrating the two groups can result in a more efficient, seamless operation, providing value and benefit to the organization, including savings in time, energy, and money. This session will cover how to effectively integrate service desk and desktop support so that they complement each other and enable greater efficiency in the operation of the IT service and support environment.
