Techniplas Names Avi Reichental Vice-Chairman of its Board of Directors
NASHOTAH, Wis., May 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Techniplas, a leading provider of engineered products and services to the automotive and industrial industries, announced today the appointment of Avi Reichental to its board of directors as vice-chairman.
Reichental spent 12 years guiding 3D Systems as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Under his leadership, 3D Systems emerged as a leading provider of 3D-printing services, along with becoming a leading voice in the industry. During his watch, the company realized significant revenue and valuation growth, and ranked 13th on Forbes' list of the World's Most Innovative Growth Companies in 2014, as well as Fortune magazine's fifth Fastest Growing Company and second Fastest Growing Tech Company in 2013.
For the past two years, Reichental sat on the board of directors of Harman International, a leading provider of connected car and lifestyle products, until its recent acquisition by Samsung Electronics.

Reichental is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of XponentialWorks, a venture investment, advisory and product development company and currently also serves as general partner at OurCrowd First, Israel's most active early-stage venture fund. From 1981 to 2003, Reichental held senior executive leadership positions with Sealed Air, where he also served as corporate officer for more than a decade.
