TechFaith to Showcase Mobile Phones and Integrated Motion Gaming Platform at CommunicAsia2011 in Singapore
BEIJING, June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China TechFaith Wireless Technology Limited (NASDAQ: CNTF) ("TechFaith") today announced it will have an expanded presence at one of the largest telecommunication and IT shows in Asia, the CommunicAsia2011 exhibition and conference in Singapore, 21 to 24 June 2011. TechFaith plans to showcase a broad range of new mobile phone models along with it range of existing WCDMA/GSM/EVDO models. The Company will also showcase its integrated 17Vee motion gaming platform to the overseas market. The Company will be located in Marina Bay Sands Cassia Room, booth 3J4-09.
For the GSM category, TechFaith plans to feature Mango, a slim 3.2 inch touch screen phone. Key features for this model include WIFI, ATV, dual sim card support and motion sensor.
For the WCDMA category, TechFaith plans to feature Cobra, a 3.5G feature phone. Key functions for this model include HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, E-compass, Altimeter, Barometer and Motion gaming capabilities. Additionally, several different Android-based smart phones will also be introduced.
For the EVDO category, TechFaith plans to feature Tide-E, an EVDO 3.2 inch capacitive touch screen smart phone based on the Android 2.2 operating system. Key features for this model include G-sensor, GPS, WIFI, large external memory support, micro distance flash for camera and more.
For Motion Gaming, TechFaith plans to showcase its integrated 17Vee motion gaming platform with proprietary console box, motion gaming controllers and motion gaming mobile phones.
