TCS Receives Highest Possible Scores in 'Service Integration and Management Capabilities' Criterion in Global, North American and EMEA Reports
NEW YORK and MUMBAI, India, Jan. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, has been recognized as a 'Leader' in Workplace Services by Forrester Research, Inc., a leading independent research company, in its three Forrester Wave Q4 2015 reports, covering Global, North American and EMEA Workplace Services.i
For the EMEA and Global reports, the 13 most significant Workplace Services Providers were researched, analyzed and scored across 27-criteria, and grouped into three high-level buckets: Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence. The North American report evaluated 14 providers across 26 criteria.
In the reports, TCS was cited as a leading global application and infrastructure services provider, and was noted for increasing its footprint for all infrastructure services in the North American and EMEA reports. Moreover, it noted TCS' "strong vision for workplace services in the digital era," and cited its planned enhancements addressing the important aspects of automation, consumerization, end user empowerment, and customer experience.
TCS received the highest possible score in the "Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Capabilities" criterion in all three reports, and among the highest scores in the "Vision for Workplace Services" criterion in all three reports. In EMEA, TCS received the highest score in the "Current Offering" category, and among the highest scores in the "Regional EMEA Delivery Model," "Regional EMEA Geographic Staffing Distribution," and "Regional EMEA Client Geographic Distribution" criteria. Additionally, in the Global and North American reports, TCS had among the highest scores in the "Planned Enhancements" criterion.
