HOUSTON, Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Morrison's two Houston divisions walked away from this year's Greater Houston Builders Association Houston's Best PRISM awards with more than 20 awards while finishing as a finalist in 30 other categories.
The wins ranged the gamut from home design to the company's first 55+ product in the country's fourth largest city.

Taylor Morrison garnered 26 finalist nominations and 12 awards. The company was celebrated for its unique designs and its overall approach to debuting the 55+ Bonterra at Woodforest in Montgomery. Bonterra won for best interior merchandising ($200,000-$250,000 category), marketing campaign and grand opening event (among others) while Taylor Morrison took home awards for product design, interior merchandising, marketing professional, mortgage specialist, design center associate and rookie on-site sales.

Darling Homes also had a big night, winning with its debut of two product lines at Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear. In all, Darling took home nine PRISM awards and received 12 finalist nominations. Among the awards for Darling were PRISM statues for product design, interior merchandising, sales manager of the year, construction manager of the year, internet campaign of the year and on-site salesperson.
