Taylor Capital Group Announces New Date for 2010 Annual Stockholders Meeting

ROSEMONT, Ill., April 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Taylor Capital Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TAYC) announced today that the date of its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been moved up to Thursday, May 13, 2010.  The 2010 Annual Meeting was originally scheduled for Thursday, June 10, 2010.

The 2010 Annual Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Taylor Capital's headquarters located at 9550 West Higgins Road, Rosemont, Illinois 60018.  Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 9, 2010 are entitled to notice of and vote at the 2010 Annual Meeting.
