TaxSlayer Unveils Program To Honor Military At TaxSlayer Bowl Game With 5,000 Free Tickets And Post-Game Concert
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TaxSlayer, a leading online and professional tax and financial services technology company and title sponsor of the TaxSlayer Bowl, is pleased to announce the Honoring Our Heroes Program, designed as a thank you to military members and their families. The program, which will operate in conjunction with the company's annual marquee event, the TaxSlayer Bowl, will provide military heroes and their families with a complete game day experience. Through the program, TaxSlayer will provide 5,000 heroes with a complimentary ticket to the 2017 TaxSlayer Bowl on December 30th, 2017, including a post-game concert at the stadium's new event amphitheater, Daily's Place.
TaxSlayer's Honoring Our Heroes program is available to all active duty service members, retirees and veterans with a military ID or VA Identification Card. Each serviceman or woman may request up to four tickets per military ID. Each participant's game day experience will include a ticket to the TaxSlayer Bowl, a ticket to a post-event military appreciation concert at Daily's Place, as well as in-stadium tribute during the TaxSlayer Bowl game. The 2017 TaxSlayer Bowl, which will feature a team from the Southeastern Conference (SEC) pitted against an opponent from either the Big Ten Conference, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) or Notre Dame, will be played at EverBank Field on Saturday, Dec. 30 at 12:00 p.m. EST and will be televised nationally on ESPN.
TaxSlayer has been lead sponsor of the bowl since 2011.
