The show, premiering on Sixx Network, is a tattoo competition featuring artists and their muses, competing on daily demanding tasks.
Barth, (whose superstar clients include Usher, Sylvester Stallone, and Lenny Kravitz) will serve on "Pain and Fame's" expert jury panel, alongside fellow tattoo artists Randy Engelhard and Sophia Thomalla.
