Tata Consultancy Services and Comcast Recognized by Informatica for Innovation in Test Data Management

The project, which started just about a year ago, was a joint collaboration between Comcast, TCS' Assurance Services Unit and Informatica. The goal was to ensure timely availability of referentially correct test data across the various applications in Comcast's QA environment. TCS was able to achieve this objective through the use of its Test Data Management (TDM) solution built on Informatica's Information Lifecycle Management TDM platform that ensures data across an organization is readily accessible so that it can be analyzed and tested across sub-environments. The benefits of effectively implementing TCS' TDM solution include reduced costs, assurance of data quality, faster delivery, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
