CHANTILLY, Va., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- TASC, Inc. (TASC) further strengthens its intelligence support team based in the Ft. Meade area with the addition of new two key executives and promotion of two employees who played important roles in the success of TASC's Maryland business.
TASC, a leading provider of advanced systems engineering and decision support services to the Intelligence Community, and with a growing presence in the Department of Defense and civilian agencies of the federal government, continues to leverage its newly achieved status as the premier government contractor without conflict of interest constraints.
"As the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and other agencies move to Ft. Meade, we want to be sure that we have the right team in place, providing thought leadership and program execution to ensure mission success," said Wood Parker, President and Chief Executive Officer of TASC. "For decades, the Intelligence Community has relied on TASC to design and integrate the systems that keep our country secure."
Richard (Dick) Bowers joins TASC as Director of the Cryptologic Systems Operating Unit. Paul Thrasher joins TASC as a Senior Member of the staff. Paul brings over thirty years of expertise in information operations and will focus on expanding TASC's cyber offering to NSA, Cyber Command, DISA and other clients moving to Maryland.
TASC also promoted Ken Russell and Kevin Houley to Director. Ken currently heads the Operations Department of Cryptologic Systems and has more than 30 years of experience in the intelligence community as a systems engineer and mission support specialist. Kevin currently leads the AXISS program for TASC and brings unmatched expertise in cyber security, information technology and leadership skills.
"For the past 12 years, TASC has strongly supported NSA at Ft. Meade," says Parker.
