TASA Announces Partnership With American Conference Institute
Collaboration Will Expand Access to TRACE Anti-Bribery Specialist Accreditation (TASA) Training Worldwide
ANNAPOLIS, Md., Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The recently launched TRACE Anti-bribery Specialist Accreditation (TASA) today announced a partnership with the American Conference Institute (ACI), a leading producer of business conferences around the world.
According to Alexandra Wrage, president of TRACE, collaboration between the two leading organizations will enable TASA candidates to earn credits toward their accreditation as anti-bribery specialists while attending ACI conferences. "Applicants will be able to earn up to 16 credits – over half of the 30 credits TRACE requires for accreditation – through ACI conferences," Wrage said. "TRACE has had an exceptional working relationship with ACI for some time, and we're confident they will do an outstanding job delivering important TASA content to our accreditation candidates."
TRACE and ACI expect the partnership to increase awareness of the new TASA training and credential for a broader international audience, while expanding the benefits of anti-bribery compliance training opportunities available to ACI conference goers. "TASA has established the standard for professionals to gain mastery of anti-bribery compliance principles and practices and validate their expertise," said Frederique Duranton, Senior Division Manager at American Conference Institute. "ACI will help TRACE spread the word about the availability of this important accreditation, while offering those interested in pursuing this new credential an option of earning credits by attending our top-of-the-line business and legal conferences in their fields of interest."
The TASA curriculum includes both introductory anti-bribery courses and a broad range of specialized courses that participants can select to tailor the training to their specific interests and professional goals. The course topics span corporate compliance, law enforcement, regional issues, international organizations and industry-specific topics. TASA program offerings include more than 100 hours of specialized online and in-person training delivered by a world-renowned, international faculty. A complete faculty roster is available at http://www.thetasa.org/about_us/faculty.html. For more information on the TASA accreditation program, visit www.theTASA.org or contact TRACE at 410-990-0076.
