(www.tapjoy.com), a leading mobile advertising and monetization platform, today announced that Yusuke Kanda, a seasoned strategic and operational executive, has joined Tapjoy as General Manager of Japan, effective immediately. Prior to joining Tapjoy, Kanda worked for ACCESS, CO. Ltd. where he served as CEO and COO of ACCESS Systems Europe Holdings, as well as Lotaris KK where he served as Representative Director. Kanda has held various business leadership positions in an extensive career across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Kanda will report directly to Tapjoy President and CEO Steve Wadsworth, and be responsible for leading sales, service and operational duties for Tapjoy Japan.

Between 2000 and 2007, Kanda managed both European and Japanese divisions at NTT DoCoMo, Inc., where he managed both the rapid growing revenue, but also the relationships with key mobile operators. From 2008 to 2011, Kanda was CEO/COO of Access Systems Europe Holdings where he led the business across multiple countries. Kanda earned his bachelors of engineering at the University of Tokyo, Japan and his MBA at IMD, Switzerland.
