Tanvir Arfi Joins MSX International Advisory Board
DETROIT, Jan. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MSX International (MSXI), a leading global business process outsourcing company, announced that Tanvir Arfi has joined its advisory board.
As a board member, Arfi will provide guidance and draw upon his extensive experience to develop the company's strategies and further the growth of its key business units, Retail Network Solutions (RNS) and Human Capital Solutions (HCS). RNS partners with automakers to enhance the retail customer lifecycle, while HCS improves talent acquisition and management for large companies around the globe.

Arfi is a business transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience in engineering, operations and general management. Previously, he was a division president at SPX Corporation, held senior leadership roles at Cessna Aircraft/Textron, and was an adjunct faculty of mechanical engineering at Wichita State University.
His entrepreneurial management style and innovative thinking have allowed Arfi to grow revenues and improve profitability at two mid-cap publicly traded global corporations by transforming business models to high margin, expanding markets. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Wichita State University.
