Talmer Bank and Trust announces the promotion of Roberta Fisher to Associate Managing Director of Public Funds

TROY, Mich., June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Talmer Bank and Trust announces the promotion of 20-year financial services professional Roberta "Bobbie" Fisher to Associate Managing Director of Public Funds, based in Port Huron. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and maintaining municipal account relationships throughout the State of Michigan.

Fisher started her career at Eastern Michigan Bank as Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager before joining Citizens First Bank in 2000. In 2010, Citizens First was acquired by Talmer Bank and Trust. Since then, Fisher served as Talmer Banking Center Manager of the Lapeer Road Talmer banking center in Port Huron prior to her promotion.

She is a dedicated runner, having participated in the Detroit Free Press Talmer Bank and Trust half marathon, Bay Shore 10K, Foam Fest and Color Run. Fisher attended Saginaw Valley State College.
