Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP completed Talent Rover's SOC 2 Type 2 Report. The auditors examined Talent Rover's reporting controls as they relate to the AICPA's Trust Services Principles and Criteria (TSP): Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. SOC 2 Type 2 assesses both the operating effectiveness of these controls and the company's adherence to them.

The audit found zero exceptions, meaning that Talent Rover flawlessly upheld all policies and procedures put in place to safeguard client data. The auditors also affirmed that Talent Rover's controls were suitably designed and operating effectively to meet the applicable trust services criteria throughout the examination period.
