Announced yesterday at the ANA annual conference, Mediaocean Optica is a new technology platform designed to help bridge the divide between TV media teams - which are responsible for deciding which ads run on which stations - and the creative and trafficking teams, which create ads and work with networks to ensure ads meet technical specifications of agencies and broadcasters.
