Taiwan Pavilion at IMTS 2018 Offers New Industry 4.0 Products, Happy Hour

CHICAGO, Sept. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- 13 of the 128 Taiwanese companies that will be showcasing their latest machine tool and accessory innovations at the 2018 IMTS in Chicago, including machines with smart manufacturing capabilities, will be located in the Taiwan Pavilion, Booths N-236663-236684. A happy hour at the Pavilion will begin at 1 pm Sept. 11-14 with free beer while supplies last.

The 128 companies reflect the country's status as the world's fourth largest exporter of machine tools and accessories. Best-known Taiwanese brands include Feeler, NexCOBOT, Palmary, Quaser, Taiwan Takisawa, Techman Robot, Tongtai and YCM will be featured at their virtual reality press conference featuring a 360° VR video tour of major new products incorporating advanced information technology. The press conference begins at 1:15 pm on Wednesday, Sept. 12 in the South Building-Level 4, Conference Room S402.

Companies exhibiting in the Taiwan Pavilion specialize in areas ranging from linear motion technology to CNC lathes, gear cutting, include:

ABBA Linear Tech (Booth N-236667), a manufacturer of linear motion technology and ball screws. Offering linear guideways with 15-55 sizes, normal to high precision accuracy grades, built-in long-life lubrication, equivalent loading capacity in four directions, high rigidity four-row angular contact, international standard dimensions, low friction coefficient and low maintenance cost.

APEX Precision Technology (Booth N-236672), a manufacturer of CNC turning and milling compound lathes. Introducing the new PVM-200 compact CNC Engraving & Milling Machining Center designed for small precision parts processing. The new model features an absolute servo system that shortens the booting procedure, a modular design, and a rotary table that supports customized solutions. 

HOTA Industrial Mfg (Booth N-236676), a manufacturer of automotive transmission systems and drive shafts as well as precision CNC gear cutting machines.
