(OTC Bulletin Board: ZTHO), manufacturer of multifunctional dietary fiber ingredients for the food industry, today announced it will present a taco bar in the Healthy Foods Pavilion at booth #3454 of the Institute of Food Technology's (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo, July 18-20 in Chicago.
