Tableau Software Files Registration Statement for Proposed Secondary Offering

SEATTLE, Oct. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tableau Software, Inc. (NYSE: DATA) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for certain stockholders of Tableau Software to offer shares of Class A common stock. Tableau Software will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as book-running managers. UBS Securities LLC is acting as lead manager, and JMP Securities LLC and Pacific Crest Securities LLC are acting as co-managers.
