Table Game Revenue Figures for November Released by PA Gaming Control Board
HARRISBURG, Pa., Dec. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today posted on its web site the revenue figures for November table games play at the ten operating casinos.
Table games produced $38,520,402 gross revenue in November resulting in $6,163,264 in tax revenue after applying the 16% tax rate (14% to the Commonwealth's General Fund and 2% to the local host county and municipality). That compares to $40,893,425 in gross revenue and $6,542,948 in tax revenue during October 2010, a decrease of 6.16%.
The average number of tables operating daily in November was 763 or 7.86% more tables than in October when 707 were in daily operation.
