Taber Estes Thorne & Carr Home to Two Texas Super Lawyers Honorees
DALLAS, Sept. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dallas law firm of Taber Estes Thorne & Carr PLLC is pleased to announce that name partners Dawn Estes and Jessica Thorne have earned spots on the 2011 Texas Super Lawyers listing of the state's top attorneys.
Ms. Estes has earned the Texas Super Lawyers designation each year since the list was first published in 2003. She is highlighted for her work in business litigation, and is featured among the Top 50 women attorneys in Texas this year, an honor she also received in 2006. She also earned a spot among the Top 100 attorneys in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
This marks the third year that Ms. Thorne has been featured on the Texas Super Lawyers listing, after also earning recognition on the Texas Rising Stars listing of the state's top young lawyers. She is recognized for her work in family law.
To compile the 2011 Texas Super Lawyers list, researchers solicited nominations from the more than 70,000 attorneys across Texas to determine the best lawyers in the state. A blue-ribbon panel of attorneys then reviewed the nominees, and the final list includes fewer than five percent of all Texas attorneys.
The 2011 Texas Super Lawyers list appears in the October edition of Texas Monthly magazine and Texas Super Lawyers magazine published by Thomson Reuters Legal Division.
