A former senior litigation counsel for a large commercial insurer, Ms. Matzen's commercial litigation practice focuses on complex insurance coverage issues. Ms. Matzen has served as lead trial counsel in numerous state and federal trial courts for insurance coverage and extra-contractual litigation, involving product liability, construction defects, personal injury, mass environmental tort, workers compensation, bad faith, statutory violations, first-party property, and agency issues.
