Systems Evolution Announces Company Update

FARMINGTON, Ark., March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Systems Evolution, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SSEV) announced today a company update for shareholders.  After convening a meeting of the Board of Directors, the following company actions will take place in the immediate future. In a press release dated March 4, 2010, the company stated that a reduction in the authorized shares had been filed with the Idaho Secretary of State decreasing the authorized shares from 10 billion shares to 7.5 billion shares.  In keeping with the promise made to our shareholders in the press release dated March 4, 2010, the Board of Directors voted that the authorized shares be further reduced from 7.5 billion shares to 6 billion shares.  This reduction has been submitted for filing with the Idaho Secretary of State office.  Further action with the authorized share structure will be considered upon completion of audited company financials.  Systems Evolution, Inc. also announced that it has submitted a filing to the Idaho Secretary of State changing the company name from its current name, Systems Evolution, Inc., to Highline Technical Innovations, Inc.  A change in the CUSIP number has been requested, and upon receipt of the new CUSIP number, an application will be submitted to FINRA for a new ticker symbol.  The company is expediting this matter and will inform its shareholders of the effective date for this action upon approval from governing authorities.  CEO Charlton Coats said, "We feel it is necessary to change our company name to better reflect our goals as a business."  Shareholders have expressed concern about the SSEV website being unavailable for viewing. CEO Charlton Coats said, "We ask for your patience in this matter. Our website is undergoing a significant redesign that reflects the exciting changes taking place with our company and its structure." The company hopes to have this resolved by the end of the week.
