Systems America to Move to Pink Sheets "Current Information Tier"

SAN RAMON, Calif., July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems America, Inc. (OTC: SYAI) (the "Company"), a premier provider of cloud computing and information technology solutions, announced today following the closing of the market today, it received notice that Pink OTC Markets finished processing the Company's Annual Report for the year 2011, Quarterly Reports for the period ending March 31, 2012, and June 30, 2012. OTC Markets indicated that it intends to move the Company to the Pink Sheets "Current Information" tier before the next market open on July 25, 2012. The Company is preparing the required filings to be filed with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory agencies, and expects to complete all filing to be a current filer in the second half of 2012.
