Systems America Announces Appointment of Independent Auditor

SAN RAMON, Calif., March 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems America, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SYAI), a premier provider of cloud computing and information technology solutions, announced that it has engaged Armanino McKenna LLP as the company's new independent auditor. Armanino McKenna is the largest California-based CPA & Consulting firm and one of the 25 "Best of the Best" accounting firms in the nation.

The Company intends to file a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission later this year which will incorporate its audited financial statements as required by Form 10 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Immediately thereafter, the Company intends to file to list its common stock for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.
