SysAid placed at the top of the ITSM pack with 100% of reviewers planning to renew their service

Software Reviews is an evaluator of enterprise software that is owned by Info-Tech Research Group, an IT consultancy. Its awards go beyond simple 5-star reviews and instead factor in over 60 data points to rank vendors on features, vendor capabilities, and the experience they provide their customers.
SysAid was one of only five ITSM vendors to earn a Gold Medal this year. 100% of the 54 SysAid reviewers said they would renew their service, and their scores placed SysAid in 2nd place for creating business value and 2nd place for giving vendor support out of 17 total vendors.
SysAid's Word Cloud revealed that reviewers used terms like Critical, Trustworthy, Caring, Reliable, Efficient, Transparent, Integrity, Continually Improving, and Performance Enhancing to describe their experiences with SysAid.
Individual reviewers wrote that SysAid is a "Great product with good features!" and "Easy to use and a great tool for our company." Another lauded SysAid's "Quick, simple and cheap implementation without IT."
