BeyondCloud saves users both time and money. The systems are pre-installed, storage is already allocated, so users can access their own private cloud almost immediately. In addition, the bundles can cost less than the DiskStations and disks purchased separately. Single disk packages are available in 2TB and 3TB configurations, and two-disk packages are available with two 3TB disks in a mirror configuration for peace of mind.
"We are extremely excited to be offering the BeyondCloud package," said Jason Bonoan, Product Marketing Manager at Synology America Corp. "Synology is well known for our award-winning DiskStation Manager and its feature set. BeyondCloud provides a suite of multimedia packages preinstalled allowing users to quickly create their own private multimedia solution and play their media files at home or remotely. Mobile apps allows users to carry terabytes of content, using DS photo+, DS audio, and DS video from their iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices giving them access remotely.
BeyondCloud also empowers users to easily collaborate and share with friends, family, and coworkers. Synology's QuickConnect service allows for simplified remote access, so users can quickly share media and documents. Cloud Station keeps documents up to date across multiple computers, and can be great for backups. Note Station allows users to easily create and share digital notebooks and files.
